Founder

John has a huge wealth of media experience over the last 16 years. Prior companies have included Viacom and NBC Universal. With previous businesses in e-commerce and affiliate marketing, Tablet Media Solutions is John’s largest and most successful venture to date. Founded in 2013 it has become the leader in rich engaging brand advertising on tablet in the UK.


George Odysseos

Board Advisor

George Odysseos has extensive experience in the digital media industry with particular reference to helping business grow. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, he joined Deal Group Media in 2000 and oversaw its rise from a start up to a public listing on the AIM Stock Exchange. He went to play pivotal roles in the launch and growth of Blue Lithium in the EU (Sold to Yahoo! for $300m) and then Exponential (Tribal Fusion). He now runs a consultancy led business in YorMedia helping publishers monetise and navigate the programmatic digital media landscape and growth consultancy.


Marcus Harding

Board Advisor

Marcus Harding has worked in the advertising industry since graduating in 2000 with an honours degree in Archaeology. Initially gaining experience within outdoor advertising (Exterion Media) he made a move into the digital media industry while working at AOL in 2006. Since then he went on to start the UK operations of a US digital media business (Theorem) taking them from zero revenues to over a $5m turnover business within 4 years. In 2015 after having successfully managed Theorem for 7 years, he moved on to found a creative company called Deviceful and continues to successfully grow revenues and market share for them within the field of dynamic creative design and production.

During this period Marcus has also acted as an independent consultant and works as a non-executive for several other digital media companies including Traffic Rich and Tablet Media.
